Belly-dancing lessons for fitness and demonstrations are given by Caroline Danso Winter, whose father is Ashanti (from Ghana) and mother is Russian. She has been a belly-dance performer and teacher for over a decade, teaching the activity locally and nationally, and demonstrating the art at private, educational and corporate events. Cookery tuition and much more are given by our chef, Mathew De Franco. Having spent much of his career at top-class hotels and restaurants around the world, Mathew has returned to his native Scotland and now prepares, cooks and serves dinners at Duntrune House. His philosophy is to use fresh, seasonal produce and combine flavours to bring out the best in all the ingredients. Skills learned with Albert Roux and at the Dorchester, Gleneagles and Turnberry are now being used to prepare your dinner at Duntrune House - and Mathew will pass his knowledge to you...more info
Health, wellbeing and beauty treatments: Alison Brady at the Retreat Salon has years of experience in many treatments – for health, wellbeing and beauty. Alison will discuss with you exactly what you want – and need – from the spectrum of treatments available and draw up a programme for you. You will be in the skilled hands of Alison and her assistant Carolyn.

Painting tuition: Liz McCarthy is a well-known painter (working in acrylic paint and water colours) who has found her own retreat in a house in the grounds of Duntrune House. She graduated with a BA Honours degree from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee and has made a successful career. She has had exhibitions in several galleries in Scotland and her work appears in private and corporate collections in the UK and overseas. She has won several prestigious prizes...more info
Speech-coaching: Olwyn Jack has spent almost thirty years teaching effective communication and speech and drama, applying her skills to teach adults the importance of voice. As a result of her extensive experience and her contribution to the teaching of speech she was awarded honorary membership of Trinity College London. She is a tutor with Voice Care Network UK and a member of the Society of Teachers of Speech and Drama

Yoga lessons are with Delia Gallagher who has trained in India, Thailand and Scotland, as well as with the Radiant Child Programme; she incorporates confidence-boosting and fun activities with her groups. To this blend is added Chi Gong to provide tuition that is physically and mentally revitalising as well as being a wonderfully restorative meditation.
